Listening to the Parts of Us That Still Need Care | S04.E13
There are moments in life when we realize we’re carrying more than we ever named—old family patterns, inherited wounds, and the younger parts of us that still need care. This week’s Q&A episode explores those layers with a softer lens. I share what healing can look like when our childhoods were complicated, when generational trauma feels alive in our present day, and when it seems like everything needs attention at once. We look at how our loved ones gain clarity on the other side, how ancestral patterns move through a family line, and how spirit supports the slow unwinding of what has been held for so long.
A big part of the conversation is about reparenting ourselves and meeting the parts within us that formed out of fear, protection, or survival. Using a gentle, practical approach, we explore how to create space for the inner child, how to work with our protectors, and how simple practices—presence, intention, and calling in support—can begin to shift deeply rooted patterns. My hope is that this episode offers grounding and a sense of companionship for all of us doing the brave work of healing, one layer at a time.
