You get dressed every morning. When was the last time you did that spiritually?

You wake up and you make choices without even thinking about them. What to wear. Coat or no coat. You glance in the mirror, you adjust, you get yourself together. You don't shuffle out the door in yesterday's wrinkled clothes and then wonder why the day feels sideways.

But most of us reach for our phones before our feet hit the floor. We absorb other people's fears, other people's opinions, the news, the noise — and we drag all of it into our day like a coat we didn't choose and definitely didn't need. And then we wonder why, by noon, we feel so heavy.

It's not a mystery, loves. You dressed for it. From the opening pages
What's Inside

Three movements, one daily practice.

This isn't a book you read once. It's a book you return to — every morning, in whatever few minutes you have, for as long as you need it.

I

The I AM Practice

Nine daily intentions — rooted, connected, guided, sovereign, aligned, protected, magnetic, one with light, all love. Each one comes with a teaching, an affirmation, a prayer, an embodiment practice, a visualization, breathwork, and journaling prompts.

II

The Signature Tools

Eight practices Rebecca returns to every single day, forged over years of sitting with thousands of people. Small enough for the school pickup line. Strong enough for the hardest conversation of your week.

III

The Code to Answered Prayer

Answered prayer is not a mystery, and it is not random. Eight elements of coherence — intention, embodiment, regulation, frequency, alignment, co-creation, surrender, and aligned action — and what happens when they finally sound together.

The Nine Intentions

Begin each day by declaring who you are.

You are not practicing these because you lack them. You are practicing them because they are already who you are — and the practice is simply the art of remembering.

I AM

Rooted

Radical self-belonging. The ground beneath your feet is not indifferent to your existence — it has been holding you this entire time.

I AM

Connected

The disconnection is an illusion. A painful one, a convincing one — but an illusion. Connection is your nature. Separation is the story.

I AM

Guided

Guidance is not reserved for mystics. It is the birthright of every soul that has ever come into a body. Yours has never stopped talking.

I AM

Sovereign

You are the author of your inner world. Your peace is not contingent on someone else's behavior. Your worth is not a vote other people get to cast.

I AM

Aligned

Thoughts, feelings, choices, and values all pointing the same direction. No internal tug-of-war. Just coherence — and what becomes possible inside it.

I AM

Protected

Needing protection is not the same as living in fear. It's awareness — the same intelligence that tells you to put on a seatbelt.

I AM

Magnetic

You are always magnetic. The only question that has ever mattered is what you have been pointing that magnetism toward.

I AM

One With Light

You are not a creature trying to earn your way back to God. You are an expression of God — light, temporarily gathered into the shape of you.

I AM

All Love

You are not a human being who is capable of love. You are love itself, having a human experience. Read that again, slowly.

✦ ✦ ✦

You don't manifest what you want. You manifest what you are.

Most people treat manifestation like a cosmic wish list. They get clear on what they want. They visualize it. They make the vision board, they say the affirmations, and then they wait. And when it doesn't show up on their timeline, they quietly decide the whole thing is a beautiful lie — something that works for people with more luck or more faith or more something they must be missing.

But the wish list was never the point. What you want is not the frequency. What you are is the frequency.

So the real question isn't what do I want. It's: who do I need to become to be a vibrational match for what I'm calling in?
The Signature Tools

Where the magic lives.

Not concepts — tools. And tools only work when you actually pick them up.

01

Crown On

For the moment you catch yourself shrinking, or waiting for someone else's permission to be who you already are.

02

Wings Spread

For the 3 a.m. moments. For when the road ahead frightens you and you need to feel your team surrounding you.

03

Rooted Down

Nervous system regulation as spiritual prerequisite. When the body is safe, the soul can speak.

04

Bubble Wrapped in Golden Light

Your daily energetic immune system. Permeable to love. Impermeable to everything else.

05

Observe Don't Absorb

The empath's essential tool. Feel deeply without merging. Witness the pain without falling into the hole.

06

Calling Your Energy Back

The evening reset. Gather every piece of yourself you left in a conversation, a worry, or a version of the past.

07

Head + Heart Coherence

The heart's field is roughly sixty times more powerful than the brain's. Get both instruments tuned to the same note.

08

Team Spirit Check-In

Morning, midday, and evening. A two-way conversation with your guides instead of a hit-or-miss experience.

Questions

Before you begin.

How long does the daily practice take?

Some mornings you'll have fifteen minutes. Some mornings you'll have three. Give it whatever you have — Spirit meets you exactly where you are.

Do I need any background in this work?

None. Every practice is written to be picked up cold, on an ordinary Tuesday, with no prior training and no special conditions.

Is this a religious book?

It speaks to God, Spirit, Source, the Universe — whichever word opens your heart the widest. The practices don't require you to choose one.

What format will it come in?

TBD Print, digital, or both — plus whether there's a companion journal or audio component.
