Gratitude is a Daily Practice!

Gratitude is something that we can practice every day–not just on Thanksgiving! Here are some of my thoughts on making this a daily practice and how we can lean into feeling (not just thinking) heartfelt gratitude, as well as a meditation that will help you drop into your heart!
