Your Spirit Team Is Closer Than You Think
When the weight of the world feels heavy—especially for empaths and highly sensitive souls—it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or discouraged. In those moments, one of the most powerful things we can do is invite in our spirit team: our guides, angels, and departed loved ones. They’re always nearby, ready to offer signs, support, and comfort—but they need us to ask. Whether it’s calling your energy back, creating healthy boundaries, or simply asking for a sign, connecting with spirit helps you stay grounded and supported as you navigate the ups and downs of Earth school.
In this video, I share two powerful examples of how spirit shows up. One came from a client who received an undeniable sign from his son in spirit—a baseball hat placed on his chair out of nowhere. Another was my own experience, where three license plates appeared in a row after I asked for a sign: one with my nickname, one that read “BLESSED1,” and one with my birthday. Spirit doesn’t miss. Consider this your loving reminder to ask for support, stay open to miracles, and trust that you are never, ever alone.
