Over the past year, I’ve been moving through one of these seasons in my own life. I reached a point where I knew a chapter had come to completion, not because anything went wrong, but because it had simply run its course. And even with that clarity, there were still moments of letting go, of reflecting, and of finding my footing again.
What helped me most during that time was creating space to slow down, to go inward, and to reconnect with my own truth. Through prayer, meditation, and guidance from my team in spirit, I began practicing a way of moving through the transition with more compassion and trust.
That’s what Sacred Transitions came out of.
