A New Season Begins
There are moments when a relationship, career, friendship, role, belief, pattern, or former version of ourselves has taught us what we came there to learn. Even when we sense that something is complete, letting go can be complicated. We question ourselves, grieve, bargain, and ask Spirit for another sign. We may even feel ashamed that something we once loved, chose, or worked hard for no longer fits. Through The Sacred Graduation, season five of Small, Medium at Large, I’m sharing my own transition through divorce to help bring these experiences out of the shadows and remind you that you are not alone.
Completion is not necessarily failure; it can be graduation. Sometimes healing means repairing something and staying, while at other times it brings the clarity to lovingly release what we’ve outgrown. I invite you to trust what you know when you can no longer un-know it, hear the whisper of your intuition before life has to become louder, and stop abandoning yourself to remain connected. Rather than making my story your own, use what resonates as a mirror: What have I learned? What am I still repeating? What have I outgrown? What truth do I already know? Most importantly, who is my soul asking me to become now?
You can also explore soul contracts more deeply in What’s Your Heaven? and find support for your own transition through my Sacred Transition Meditation Series.
